During the probate legal process, a deceased person’s assets and property are transferred to relatives, family members, friends, acquaintances and charities. If the deceased had a will at the time of death then his/her assets and property are transferred in accordance with his/her wishes. However, if the person dies without a Will, then the estate passes under the law of intestacy. We work with clients throughout Florida and Jamaica to ensure that all aspects of estate administration come to resolution as quickly and efficiently as possible, even those potentially problematic estate issues.
